How long does a transfer take?
It depends on the office handling it, so we do not invent a number. We tell you the expected time when we quote your fee, and you see every step on WhatsApp until the title is in the right name.
What if the land has a dispute on it?
A disputed parcel cannot be transferred until the dispute is resolved. We assist with land disputes too — 30+ resolved so far. We tell you the honest position before you pay anything.
Do all heirs need to be present?
Every heir must consent to a succession, but they do not all need to travel. Each heir signs from their own phone with a one-time code, and the agreement is sealed with a QR code anyone can verify.
