Questions learners ask us
How much does it cost?
You get a fee quote when we reply to your application. Applying is free, and you pay nothing until you are accepted and you agree to the fee.
What is the schedule?
Every program runs 2 hours a day, 6 days a week, as a fixed cohort. In-Person, you choose morning, afternoon, or evening at enrollment. Online follows the same cohort calendar, with materials available at any hour.
What is the difference between In-Person and Online?
Where you sit, nothing else. In-Person runs in our training room in Kabarondo with computers provided. Online follows the same hours from your own phone or computer. The certificate is identical — an employer scanning the QR sees a SINIKA certificate, not an “online” one.
Is the certificate real?
Yes. Every certificate carries a QR code any employer can check at sinika.rw/verify in 5 seconds. In-Person and Online certificates are the same, because the attendance and assessment thresholds are the same.
Do I need my own laptop?
In-Person: no — computers are provided in the training room. Online: you need a phone or a computer and internet. We say this plainly because an online seat you cannot attend helps no one.
